Beiras, Portugal. Baga is the key grape varietal in Portugal’s Bairrada zone and Luis Pato is considered the “King of Baga.” This medium-bodied blend of 60% rustic Baga with 40% of the more elegant Touriga Nacional is a classic which brings out the best of both varietals – raspberry, violets and a hint of bitter chocolate – with just enough drying tannins to frame and sustain the finish.

100% Mencía from Ribeira Sacra, Spain.
Clean and red fruits with raspberry and minerality. Soft on the pallet at first, that finishes with a structured complexity and well balanced acidity. Sea shells on the bottle, IYKYK

100% Touriga Nacional | Dão, Portugal

Medium red with floral notes. Unlike a typical Touriga Nacional, this wine has no hint of oak. Fresh, with wonderful fine tannins that give a silky mouth feel.

Portuguese red from Alentejo. Bold and very ripe with great tannins. A great glass to go along with our Picanha Fatiada!

The Las Setas is a single vineyard in the Arribas region of Tras-os-Montes, Portugal. It is made up of a diverse planting of centenarian bush vines, around 60% of which are red grapes, and 40% white grapes. The red grapes are mostly Tinta Gorda (often called Juan Garcia on the Spanish side of the border), the white grapes mostly Malvasia Fina, Dona Branca, and Síria. Whole clusters are fermented in lagar, followed by a quick aging in used 225L barrels. The vineyard has never been registered with the DOC, so they are not allowed to vintage date the wine, but it is all 2021 fruit.


Black and blue fruits are present on the palate, with medium body that can hold up well next to food.

Trás-os-montes DOC, Montalegre, Portugal. Varietals: Touriga National and Trincadeira. Aged red fruits, balsamic, bold on the nose.. On the palate, fresh fine tannins, elegant with a long finish.

Castilla y León, Bierzo, Spain
A spanish Mencia wine, with lots of red and blue fruits, medium bodied with notes of leather and earth. Finishes dry, it's acidic nature leaving you wanting for more.

100% Castelão | Lisbon, Portugal. Harvested in early September for incredible juicy freshness. Notes of cherry, blackberry, brambly herbs, and a hint of olive. Drinks like a great Beaujolais but with a price that cannot be beat!

Crianza from Rioja, Spain. A blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, and Granacha from century old vines. This is wine made in an ancient authentic way, the true "Rioja" before there was a Rioja wine region. Very dry, earthy, and aged in French oak for more than 2 years.

Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, and Sousão red blend from Douro, Portugal. Deep purple color with expressive aromas of plum, mocha, and cassis. Impeccable balance of fine-grained tannins with a refreshing acidity and firm full body. Very long dry finish- you'll keep coming back to your glass for more!

Alentejo, Portugal. Very fresh with inviting aromas of ripe black and red fruit, this wine has a silky soft, sultry mouthfeel and an unforgettable taste with spicy black pepper notes. Unfined and unfiltered, this field blend of eight different varieties drinks well with stews, tomato sauces, lamb and spicy dishes.

Stainless steel fermentation and then aged in a combination of used barrels from Puligny Montrachet and concrete.

Natural from Portugal. This nerdy red wine is made from two indigenous white varietals, but spends some skin contact time with baga (a red varietal). The result is a brightly colored ruby red, with wild red fruit and rose petals on the nose. Spiced pear, plum, bay leaf, and white flowers on the palate. Light- medium body, refreshing mineral finish.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo), and Touriga Franca | Lisboa, Portugal

Light, juicy, chillable red, from Lisboa. Early harvested, with a super gentle extraction. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. Red fruits with grassy notes, very fresh, even pairs well with seafood!

100% Alicante Bouschet | Alentejo, Portugal
Light, smooth, with an evenly balanced acidity. Dry, with fresh ripe red berries and a hint of earthy spice.

Vinhão, Pedral, Brancelho and Borraçal | Vinho Verde, Portugal
Pale ruby in color with a spicy, mineral driven nose to compliment the lovely crunchy red berry aromas. Light and bright on the palate with tons of freshness and fine-grained tannins that whisper across the mouth as this super easy-drinking wine progresses into an energetic finish.

100% Granacha Blanca- Youthful white wine with pale lemon hue. Enticingly aromatic with hints of yellow apple, Bosc pear and tropical pineapple combine with floral notes of acacia and herbal notes of wild thyme and rosemary. Round in mouth with well-balanced acidity and lingering finish.

100% Albariño from Vinho Verde region in Portugal. Slight skin contact, clean and bright with great amount of acidity. Refreshing for warm weather.

Lisboa, Portugal | varietal: Arinto, Fernão Pires, Vital

A beautiful representation of Southern Portugal, this is a well balanced and medium/medium+ bodied white with a vigorous acidity and intense minerality. Very dry, with notes of green apple, and stone fruits, and citrus, balanced perfectly with earthy notes of wood and minerals.

100% Sauvignon Blanc from Loire Valley, France. Ideal balance between fruit and acidity. Complexity with rich mineral components and a dry finish.

Created in 1987, our estate is located at "Les Chesnaies" in Cravant les Coteaux. We grow cabernet franc (for red and rosé wines) and chenin blanc (for white wines) on about 17 ha in Cravant les Coteaux and Chinon. Organic farming has been practiced for almost 20 years. Since 2005 the vines have been worked biodynamically, without the use of chemicals.

Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent varietals | Burgenland, Austria
Dogma from the Pittnauer family is a super pleasant rosé, it’s fruity and aromatic. It has a charming scent of strawberry and cream in the nose followed by a hint of smokiness. Super balanced on the palate with delicious aromas of raspberry and watermelon and a mineral finish.

100% Touriga Nacional | Douro, Portugal

Fresh crushed strawberries, bing cherries and cherry blossom aromas on the nose. On the palate, juicy and fresh. Sour bing cherries add a tart brightness and adds a beautiful texture and balance with a touch of white pepper spice.

Moscatel Galego | Douro, Portugal
a tart, refreshing orange wine that has come to somewhat define the category. 100% Moscatel Galego given around 4 months of skin maceration, done gently and never to exact too much tannin or color. The wine is beautifully aromatic, floral and enticing, with notes of lychee, green papaya and tangelo. The finish is long and salty, keeping you coming back for more.

100% Baga | Bairrada, Portugal
Another great wine from Luis Pato, showcasing the Baga varietal. The grapes have a very brief maceration and are aged on the lees for 4 years.
This is a very dry wine with hints of brioche, a robust mouth feel, and hints of chalky minerality.

Full of energy and soft bubbles! Fresh grapefruit, strawberry, and guava on the nose. Refreshing acidity and smooth on the finish. Friendly wine that plays well with fish, grilled meats, and pasta.

Orange Pét-nat (a wilder version of a sparkling wine that is fermented in the bottle with no added C02) Hand painted bottles with funky tart yellow cherries and Ume plums. Fruity, zippy, minerally, and dry.

This is a Pet Nat rosé (naturally sparkling) made from 80% Espadeiro and 20% Loureiro that spends two months on the skins. All the vinification is done in a single 100-year-old, 1000L amphora and stomped by foot. Ground chestnut flowers are added to the fermentation to be used as an antioxidant, and it is unfiltered. Bright cherries with tart finish- perfect to share over a cheese plate.

This is cider with a twist! Fizzy, fresh, and fantastic! Strawberries, apples and fresh cranberries.
NUA Cider rose is an artisanal cider form the Douro region in Portugal. Made with 96% heirloom apples and 4% red grapes. It's naturally sparkling, a little funky, and very fun. abv 6.5%
